Changing the World One Prayer At A Time
from Proclamation Station Hosted by Revs. Louis and April Jenkins
The world can be changed through prayer—one person and one prayer at a time. God calls us to “pray without ceasing” (1 Thessalonians 5:17) because prayer connects heaven’s power to earth’s need. Every person we encounter is carrying a story, a burden, or a silent struggle—and whether they know it or not, they need prayer. In this episode, we encourage you to step out in faith and lovingly ask those around you—at home, at work, online, or even in passing—if there is anything you can take to God on their behalf. You will be amazed at the hidden hurts and hopes people entrust to you, and as you intercede for others, your own faith will grow deeper and stronger. God tells us that “the prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective” (James 5:16), and He works through the prayers of His people. Join us as we share how simple acts of prayer can spark transformation—and help us cover the world with prayer, one prayer at a time.
