I’m Jesse.4 months ago I was 340 pounds, 4 months from now I’ll be running an Ironman 70.3, all in a goal to eventually run a full Ironman.Follow along on this journey through this podcast. I’ll be discussing all things health and wellness. I’ll be taking a scientific approach in learning about what makes people tick, including myself. Every week I’ll have guests on from all types of different backgrounds to get their take on health and wellness.Be aware though.
