Chapter 39: White-Collar, Black Belt: White-Collar/Empty Suit (How to embrace the disgrace of an inferior superior)

Podience, do you lack the will to lead? That is perfectly satisfactory for you may intentionally sidestep leadership roles as they neither tickle your fancy, nor are they a poison you pick. But... a lifeform who is in a leadership role better fstars lead, have the sac to make gut-wrenching decisions and exude a compassionate inclination rivaled only by their shrewdness. Today, I utilize snippets from the great thriller film: All the President's Men and moments from Band of Brothers in tandem with a novel I am reading on the very subject, Ronald Speirs, and his unforgettable leadership! Do I expect your white-collar buffoon of a carbon-based, crisp-collared M&M to sprint into the fray, behind enemy lines, batting away German potato masher grenades? No. What I do expect is for a leader to participate in self-reflection, self-analysis, and self-deprecating, when appropriate, to evaluate and re-evaluate their position in the corporate calamity of WC affairs.
