After a successful career in the offshore energy industry spanning 10 years as a chartered mechanical engineer, Charlie was a key part of the senior management team that led Tekmar Group to floatation on the London Stock Exchange in 2018. Following this he decided to leave the corporate world and start Capstone Fox to focus his time on building his group of property companies.As an experienced landlord, property investor and now developer, Charlie has been investing in the UK property market intensively in recent years growing a portfolio of residential property and now concentrating on commercial conversions and land development as well as working with other aspiring investors to help grow their portfolios.Initially focussing on Buy-to-Lets and HMOs in North East England his company has grown significantly, now delivering projects across North England and Wales. Charlie has a passion for property and working with great people on interesting and challenging projects whilst creating time and space to spend with his young family.
