Chasing a Dream with a Purpose

In this Episode I sit down with Kelly Kussman, Founder of Cayla Gray, and talk about how she went from working full time in corporate America, to becoming the owner, designer and visionary behind her company. She shares her story on how she continued working full time while pursuing her dreams. Doing this and not going “all in” in the beginning was what allowed her to make the proper investments she needed to get her business up and running without having to be in the scarcity mindset.
