With its bold flavors, creative drink options, and cozy atmosphere, SAYdelicious embodied everything we hoped to spotlight in our series: passion, personality, and a pursuit of excellence.Unfortunately, before the episode could ever air, SAYdelicious closed its doors for good. Though the pilot never made it to the screen, this visit laid the foundation for our mission: to travel the country capturing the stories, flavors, and people behind America’s small businesses, while also highlighting the reality that some stars shine brightly, but briefly.This lost episode reminds us why Chasing the Stars matters because every small business has a story, and not all of them get to finish writing theirs.
