Amber takes the nebulous idea of "chasing your dreams" and provides a tangible, clear, multi-step approach that will have you sitting on the edge of your seat ready to take action. Amber Toole is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health from Georgia Southern University. She has 30+ years of experience in the Fitness Industry and loves to share her expertise with other Fitness Professionals. It is her life’s mission to spread the truth about fitness and nutrition through education. Amber began The Training Toole in 2002 as a traveling Fitness Professional. She worked in people's homes and offices, local parks and at local gyms. She grew the business into a small studio in an office space where she began building a Team, an online Coaching business and has now expanded into a larger Studio space. The Training Toole offers Fitness and Nutrition services in Ocala, Florida and virtually. Amber is an Educator for SCW, a Fit Pro Mentor, and small business owner.
