Cheryl Stokes is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. For more than 25 years she has helped leaders effectively address challenges in the global business environment. She has designed and delivered numerous senior level programs, facilitating face-to-face and virtually in the areas of leadership, strategy, inclusion, productive dialogue, systemic thinking, and other organizational learning disciplines."Today in her role at Heidrick, Cheryl works to help organizations unleash the potential of all leaders and talent in organizations, and develop inclusive, high-performing leaders who enable “the human side” of digital transformation (among other areas). “That’s where the challenge is: Getting people to work in new ways... to be more impactful,” she notes.Away from the job, Cheryl engages in what she calls her “personal purpose” work to help nonprofits, including the American Heart Association and the Life Enrichment Center of Wake Chapel.
