She worked at Le Pigeon in Portland - an experience that really launched her passion for hospitality, wine and food, and then moved to France in 2009. When she came back to the states, she missed France so much, she started to think about how she could get back on a more regular basis. She attributes being genuine and making connections to her success. She's also a complete delight, absolutely hilarious, and as real as they come.
