睡不好,学观息。观息5分钟=熟睡1小时。吃出来的好睡眠今天我们来聊一聊吃出来的好睡眠。⑴吃褪黑素不如吃樱桃褪黑素是人身体产生的一种激素,可以改善睡眠,能缩短睡前觉醒时间和入睡时间,改善睡眠质量。有些人因为一些原因自身分泌的褪黑素较少,就服用一些含有褪黑素的药物。其实不用这么麻烦,吃樱桃就够了!有研究表明,偏酸的樱桃是褪黑素的天然来源,连续两周每天喝两次樱桃汁,有助于每天增加睡眠长达90分钟!⑵吃大枣大枣味甘,含糖类、蛋白质、维生素C、有机酸、粘液质、钙、磷、铁等,有补脾、安神的功效。每晚用大枣30~60g,加水适量煮食,有助于入眠。⑶多吃含镁的食品研究表明,镁在我们睡觉的能力中扮演重要的角色。尝试从镁丰富的食物如南瓜种子,菠菜和唐莴苣种获得更多镁元素。
