Chile's New Constitution

As more nations in Latin America face economic deficits, and political unrest, Chile 🇨🇱, one of the unique and fast-growing nation, recent held one constitutional convention to rewrite the Constitution. Current constitution has been outdated since 1989, and inequality in healthcare, education, social welfare are largely being ignored.
