China and ASEAN, Closer, or Further?

China is being invited to attend the upcoming G20 summit in November this year, as the Indonesian President started his 3-day trip in Asia. While sitting down with the Chinese leader, both leaders tried to discuss critical topics, beyond political interests. Meanwhile, will China continue to play the role in G20? Will Xi working willingly with ASEAN members?
