Chivalry is a very old concept of how specifically men behave with women. In today's modern time, some of these old teachings have become obsolete or negative. However, there are many things from the past that actually makes sense and can be tailored to every individual. In today's episode, I want to challenge the man in the audience to really think about what is their authentic version of chivalry, what does chivalry mean to them and how can they start embodied the kind of man they really want to be through the behaviors and mindset of chivalry.
