EP 107: Choosing A Pancake Hood Over A College Flag with Ricardo Gonzalez In this week's episode, Beau sits down with Ricardo Gonzalez a 19 year old welder that graduated top 10 of his class and is following in his late brothers footsteps of being a welder. He talks about loosing his brother at 17 and starting to weld to have a closer connection to him. After starting he fell in love with the trade and being top of his class he got to have his picture on the side of city hall and instead of holding a college flag he chose his pancake hood instead.
