Choosing uplifting activities

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

If we reflect on our previous day we can become aware of which of our activities were uplifting.  With that awareness, we can choose to engage in more uplifting activities in the future.  While this seems obvious, putting this into practice improves our life. One of the recent behaviors that I've found uplifting is taking the initiative in my communications to share that the only power that satisfies is power over ourself, and that blaming others for our problems, never solves them.  We've created all our problems and have the power to solve them as well.  On great method of gaining power over ourself and solving our problems is to be aware of our thoughts and the power we have to choose which thoughts we act on.  This is true power. I offer coaching to help become more aware of our thinking and the choices we have.  To set up a free introductory coaching session, contact me at [email protected] My books are available on Amazon.  You can find links to the books on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
