After two decades in sales, marketing, and management for global consumer goods companies, Chris’s life was upended by unresolved childhood trauma, the grief of losing his young son and mother, and addiction, leading to a breakdown in 2021. Through coaching, men’s groups, Emotional Freedom Technique, and a spiritual awakening, he rebuilt his life.
