Chris Cox: Christchurch Marathon Race Director on the new course and sponsor for the 2027 event

The Christchurch Marathon is getting an upgrade for its 50th anniversary.  With a new course and a new naming sponsor in ASICS, next year’s event is expected to be bigger and better than ever.  Race Director Chris Cox joined Lesley Murdoch to chat about the developments, and their ambitious target to have over 10,000 entries for the 2027 race.  LISTEN ABOVE See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
