CHRIST, LIGHT OF THE WORLD

The person of Christ is central to the gospel and thus to biblical apologetics. Who is Jesus Christ? is a question that must be asked and answered. In this video exposition of John 8:12 we explore what it means that Jesus is "the light of the world". We conclude that he provides light to the believer in the darkness of this fallen world; that his incarnation, life as a man and teaching reveal and expose the sinfulness of all human beings; that by grace he gives "the light of life" to all who follow him; and that he requires  his followers to live a "life of light", showing to those around them the glory of God.
