Chris is essentially taking the idea behind why he started Milk Street and wanting to do more to encourage people to get in their kitchens and cook. Chris and Trish catch up since the last time they chatted (2020!), and still agree they don't ever want help cooking in the kitchen. Have a drink and stay out of the way. Please. Chris also explains why baking apple pies bring him immense joy and why he says he'll never be able to bake the "perfect apple pie."
