SCORES.On the women’s side, No. 7 Cornell defeated RIT 5-2 in non-conference action, with McKenna Van Gelder scoring twice and Avi Adam recording four assists. Adam has now scored points in five straight games. Union edged RPI 3-2 in overtime as Paige Greco’s second goal of the season was the game-winner for the Garnet Chargers. Franklin Pierce was asking if I can leave you tonight as they rolled over Post 5-2 with Bo Dean scoring twice to lift the Ravens to 7-6 in the NEWHA. Three different Wildcats scored to earn the road win. On the men’s side, we all want to be closer to fine, and that’s exactly what the Skyhawks are doing as Stonehill earned its second straight win with a 3-1 victory over Army West Point. Evan Orr and Zach Aben scored third-period goals, and Anthony Galante netted his ninth of the season as Stonehill improved to 6-11. Penn State snapped a six-game losing streak with a 3-2 win over Colgate at Pegula Ice Arena. The Nittany Lions stuck to their usual script, outshooting the Raiders 42-27 to secure the win.Three games take to the ice on Wednesday.
