Church Out of the Box: Spirit-Led and Spirit-Filled by Pastor Steve Dow on Sunday, Feb. 1, 2026

In "Church Out of the Box: Spirit-Led and Spirit-Filled," Pastor Steve Dow dives into the historical and spiritual significance of the Feast of Tabernacles to reveal a startling truth: Jesus didn't come to give us a cup of water to survive; He came to make us a river that changes the landscape of our world. This teaching challenges the "cessationist" mindset and calls every believer to a life of active, relentless pursuit of the Holy Spirit's presence. -- We must move beyond "church as usual" and traditional rituals to experience the actual reality of the Holy Spirit's power. -- The Holy Spirit is described as a river that is continuous, constant, and relentless, capable of altering eternal destinies and shifting the topography of our lives. -- A spirit-led church is not defined by its preparation or polish, but by the collective thirst of its people. -- The younger generation is not rejecting God; they are rejecting sterile, safe religion in favor of an authentic encounter with the living Christ. -- To reach our community, we must allow the Holy Spirit to "wreck" our comfort zones and prioritize His voice above all other sources. Scriptures for Further Study -- John 7:37-39 -- Acts 1:8 -- Acts 2:1-4 -- Acts 2:38-39 -- Matthew 5:3 -- 1 Samuel 28 (Saul and the voice of God) +++++++ You can find our service times on our website: https://www.anctally.com/ You can find sermon highlights on Twitter here: https://x.com/allnationstally
