Cindy Bidar: Take‌ ‌More‌ ‌Time‌ ‌Away‌ ‌from‌ ‌Your‌ ‌Desk‌ ‌by‌ ‌Automating‌

from POWER to Live More with Jo Dodds

Cindy Bidar works with 7-figure marketing teams and numerous profitable online businesses to set up and manage marketing and sales funnels. Through training programmes and coaching, she helps clients scale their business by assisting them to create automated systems that improve conversion rates and increase sales. Cindy’s company has been entirely online in one guise or another for the last nine years, and she enjoys helping her clients put their marketing on autopilot and carve out time away from their desks. Cindy joins me today to discuss how she made the transition from a traditional office-based role into entrepreneurship. She dives into the philosophy of taking opportunities as they appear and how that has benefited the development of her business. She discusses what it’s like to work with her husband and shares the tools she uses to automate different processes that keep her business running smoothly. Cindy also shares what she does with her precious time away from her desk and how she uses this time to refocus if she has a day full of frustrations.  “Work on the tasks which are in your zone of genius and let other people do what they are really good at” Cindy Bidar This Week on the Power to Live More Podcast: Why you need to learn to say noWhere Cindy is moving her business focus nextWhat it’s like to work with her husbandHow automating saves her clients timeThe benefits of outsourcingThe drawbacks of working from home and how she deals with them Why she loves learning but has to be disciplined in what she takes on Resources Mentioned: Active Campaign AppInfusion Soft AppTodoist AppEvernoteGoogle TasksRemember the Milk AppThe Big Leap book Connect with Cindy Bidar: Cindy Bidar’s websiteFacebookTwitter Connect, Share, Inspire Thank you for joining me for this week’s episode of the POWER to Live More Podcast!
