A competitive gymnast through college she found CrossFit in her early 40's and became competitive after years of practice and becoming training partners with Denise Moore who also became an Age-Group Champion this year in the 65-69 Age-Group. She discusses the improvements made at this years Games as well as her preferance for next year.
