Cipriano Ortega: Art, Music & Liberating Societal Expectations

Julian speaks with Cipriano Ortega about their life, philosophy and art. They perform several songs with their bandmate Vitaliy Minyaylo.  They have a background in theater and performance and their unique music has been described as 'minimalist' with jazz, spoken word, grunge, punk rock and other influences shining through. Cipriano identifies as queer, uses They/Them/Theirs as their pronouns and is partly of indigenous ancestry.
