Many of these realities are highly controversial, so they are rarely talked about…especially within the walls of a company. Which means sometimes we don’t know we are losing the game until it is too late. And yes, it is a game we all must become competent players in to achieve our goals. But the one thing we will say over and over is you need to do you. Stick to your truth, but do so with awareness.
