Clay County woman accused of shooting boyfriend / Lauderdale County plane crash under investigation

A Clay County woman is accused of shooting her boyfriend. Authorities have charged Denisha Davis with aggravated assault after a round of gunfire rang out on Gibson Lane on Sunday morning. Federal authorities are investigating after a small plane crashed in Lauderdale County over the weekend. The crash occurred in the Zero community on Sunday around 8 p.m. The Lauderdale County Emergency Management team said the pilot and a passenger were able to get out of the plane on their own and were not injured.
