Today, I want to talk about YOU and the nasty way you talk to and about yourself.Just imagine some of the things you're saying to yourself. Would you ever say that to your best friend? In this episode, I will talk about being your own best friend, cheerleader, and coach. It can help you decrease anxiety. It can help you get out of that victim mentality.I know you're saying and thinking these thoughts. And that's why we're going to start today to clean up your self-talk. I am going to help you create self-talk awareness so that you can clean up these negative thoughts.Your Dare this week is keeping it simple with one step at a time.Keep a journal or notebook with you. Pay attention to yourself. Think about the words you think to yourself and say them out loud. Write them down and notice any repeats. After, there is a Double Dare of downloading the self-taught cleanup.And finally, I'm even going to throw a Triple Dare!
