Clean Water & the Rule of Law: Recapping 4 Years of Reform and the Path Ahead

Under the current administration, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has adopted a variety of regulations and policies aimed at reforming the nation’s water quality programs, with a focus on cooperative federalism and rule of law principles.
