Another client interview! I’m chatting with my good friend Des who has had three sessions with me. In this episode, we’re talking specifically about her latest session where we explored the Life Between Lives - that space we go to in between turns on Earth. She intented to see this space (although I wasn’t sure if we’d get there!) to dig into why she chose her physical body and how she can stop fighting it and start working with it to feel even better.I loved our conversation because she’s, of course, absolutely not the only one to experience this fight of trying to change her body or tying her self-worth to what she’s eating, how much exercise she’s getting, or what she looks like.Like what you hear?
