Club Coaches: How to help get your gymnast recruited to college

1.  Start with our JH Consulting worksheet  2.  Talk with your gymnasts and parents by Level 9  3.  Establish realistic goals 4.  Encourage your gymnasts to create an Instagram account by Level 9 5.  Help with videoing in training and meets 6.  Gymnast must market themselves on IG and through emails 7.  Meet with the gymnasts monthly to review how things are going 8.  Possibly create a website with your teams candidates for college 9. Make direct phone calls to college coaches 10.  Invite college coaches to attend your practice 11.  Attend college showcases or let your gymnasts go to summer camps
