She dedicates her time to community outreach, engaging with students from elementary schools to colleges, technical programs, and everywhere in between, inspiring the next generation to consider the rewarding career paths available in automotive.Beth also helps lead one of CMA’s proudest initiatives—the Technician Apprentice Training Program, a visionary program founded by Liza Borches. This program allows high school students to apprentice at a dealership for three years, graduating with hands-on experience and a head start in their careers.
