There are many times that, when you are feeling negative, have a situation, or just need to decompress, that finding a good friend to talk to can be comforting and therapeutic. It is also a bonus when that friend, or even family member, can make you laugh and forget about the thing you are going through; if only for a moment. What if your friend helped you with your situation by telling you stories about their life? What if we can find all of this in a Coach? This week, Latonia's guest is Lois Wagner from Johannesburg, South Africa. She is a Coach and Training Facilitator that has a unique way of bringing comfort through conversations for real and effective change. Lois will be telling her personal story and how her business was derived from a tragedy. How being resilient has helped her to take her life lessons and use them as tools to help and empower others. Chocolate for the Comfort of the Soul Wilson Spirituality form a woman's perspective Spirit of Sweetwater by Hamlin Garland Loyal Books Clement had unwittingly succeeded where others had failed at mining in the western Colorado mountains. Now he found himself wanting to share his success with some deserving soul, and one day found a young dying woman to whom he seemed inexplicably drawn. However he had a past which his conscience told him must be revealed in order for him to be worthy of a dying woman's love. Should a man of means expend the effort to clear his conscience in order to attempt a relationship destined to last but a short time? Aaron's Rod by D. H. Lawrence Loyal Books Flutist Aaron Sisson is caught up in the aftermath of WWI. A lost soul, he attempts to find himself in the comfort of bar-room talk and alcohol and a woman. Moving on, he spends time with a mining executive's relatives. But he finds the family a stuffy middle-class lot, bored with each other and themselves. He leaves his wife and children and strikes out for the open road. During a playing engagement at an opera performance, he reunites with the mining executive's family. Talk is of love and war, none of it very satisfying to anyone. At dinner with one of the women, Aaron reveals that he is indifferent to most things in life and just wants to be left alone. So it goes with this lost soul among lost souls. One wonders how he will ever find himself or happiness. The Worth Loving Podcast Keana W.
