Usually it comes from someone outside of the team who simply doesn’t see us work with the players every day. But sometimes the comment comes from the players. And that’s when it becomes a problem. They’ve figured out who they are as a coach and build their teams using their strengths. We discuss many topics around this theme today. See if you can start to identify Wilma’s and Alicia’s coaching styles. Today we discuss… * Helping players deal with failure * Getting players to buy into mental training * When it’s ok to be a “yeller” * Understanding different coaching styles * Giving better feedback * Switching the perspective on expectations * Staying patient as the team continues to improve COACHING RESOURCE | Coaching Personality Quiz Just because you’re having a hard time getting through to your girls right now, it does not mean you have to try to be something you’re not.
