In our final Cocodona 250 post-race interview, we chat with thru-hiker and 16-time FKT holder, Jeff Garmire. Prior to Cocodona, Jeff's longest race was a 50K, but his multi-day efforts on long trails seemed to give him a huge advantage for the epic race from Black Canyon City to Flagstaff.
