Today we are joined by one of our childhood friends, Jessica Steffy, who is the co-owner of Square One Coffee Roasters, a specialty coffee roaster headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with retail locations in Lancaster and Philadelphia. She and her husband, Josh, live in Lancaster with their two sons (ages 12 and 15) and their pug Wilma. Jess and Josh will celebrate their 18-year wedding anniversary this New Year's Eve.   With over 15 years of experience in the specialty coffee industry, Jess is a licensed Q Grader (think "coffee sommelier"), a BGA Certified Barista, an SCA Certified Lead Instructor, a veteran judge for coffee competitions in the US, and she's also a certified judge coffee competitions at the "World" level.   Jess enjoys writing, traveling, teaching, collecting memes and memories, belting out Today's Hits (using her best Cher impersonation), and spending time with her family.   To learn more about Jess and Square One Coffee visit www.squareonecoffee.com or on Instagram @squareonecoffee   If you liked this episode of Fit for Motherhood, please tell your friends!
