So fun chatting with Judy Delen @seattlehouseandhome and special guest Marcy Reindl @marcyappelbaumreindl_realtor!While Judy was submitting an offer, Marcy and I chatted the importance of connecting with agents throughout the country and being visible and how it can increase connections and referrals.Judy and I talked about the differences in how our markets handle offer deadlines and then Judy talked about how she works with her husband who builds houses and she is hands on with designing them. She also works with other builders and her sellers on making sure they are ready to get to market.She then helped me plan my trip to Seattle when I am ready to go!
