Penn State beats Boise- I did not expect too much out of Boise State and they met my expectations. Penn State played better than I thought they would. 4. Texas beats Arizona State- what a game. Texas just fell apart 2nd and 3rd quarter. Even the 4th. They beat Arizona State by luck in my opinion. 5. Ohio State beats Oregon bad. By 20 points. OSU puts up 34 points in the first half. Oregon was just dominated by OSU’s defense, and OSU’s offense looked like they were playing against a high school team in the first half. What was the huge difference between last time they played and this game? 6. Notre Dame beats Georgia 23-10. It was a slow start for both teams, but as I said last week, the complete unknown is the QB situation, and Gunner Stockton did not get the protection he needed to be effective. Notre dame Defense was just all over him. Offense on both sides was slow moving. Few big plays, but Notre Dame pulled ahead and the Defense kept them from having to work to hard.
