Messages arrive, conversations begin and decisions quietly line up in front of us. Some will be straightforward, while others may ask more of us than we expected. Before we simply react to everything around us, let’s take a quiet moment together and allow God’s peace to become the place from which we begin. Scripture (NIV) “Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.” — Colossians 3:15 Heavenly Father, thank You that Your peace is more than a feeling. It is Your steady gift to every heart that trusts in You. As we continue through this day, help us to make decisions that are shaped by Your wisdom and guided by Your love. When pressures increase or unexpected situations arise, remind us to pause before we respond. Let the peace of Christ quietly rule within us, bringing gentleness to our words, patience to our conversations and gratitude into our hearts. May everything we do today reflect the calm confidence that comes from walking closely with You. Fear will not win, because the peace of Christ is greater than every pressure we face. May the Lord fill your heart with His peace today, guide your decisions with wisdom and gently strengthen you for every step ahead.
