Good morning everybody, how's everybody doing? We have any first time guests in the building. Wave at me, you are not new sir, I know you. Any first time guests?

I already know, my big bro's in the building, can we give it up for him? Love you man, I'm glad you're here. Yeah we got some other, come on church, can we, you guys aren't new, can we give him a hand everybody that's new? As soon as you walk through those doors, your family, we love you, we're happy you're here.

Come back next week, the real pastor will be here. You're gonna be disappointed because it's gonna be me again. No, no I'm just kidding, but I'm glad you're here this morning. We love to have fun here, we love people, we love God's Word.

Our mission here is equipping the one that knows Jesus to reach the one that needs Jesus. And we know that God's got a plan, we're excited to partner with him, and it's just gonna be great. But I encourage you to come back, it's hard to learn our hearts in just one week. So give yourself a couple opportunities to come back and just hear our hearts and hopefully you find a home here.

I sound really weird if y'all could fix that. Couple announcements super quick, September 7th at 6 p.m. Central Assembly is kicking off a once a month Sunday night service. So if you're looking for a Sunday night service, get excited and our pastor is gonna be kicking that off.

Freddy T, I'm excited for my man. So let's go out, let's go out and let's be encouraged, let's partner with other churches and just watch God take over and see what he does. It's gonna be cool and let's support our pastor. And then September 28th, we're doing baptisms.

Yeah, come on. If anybody is interested in that, there's a sign up sheet in the back, you can see my wife, I don't know where she's at, or anybody back there and just say, hey, I'd like to sign up. Cause we're excited to take that next step of that journey. It's an outward expression of the inward work that Christ is doing.

So we're excited to partner in that with you. So if you wanna get baptized, just see them back there and we'll be reaching out connecting with you. It's gonna be Sunday the 28th. And it's gonna be out in the lake.

No, I'm joking. It's gonna be right here on stage, the water will be warm and it'll be great. I think that's all of my announcements. If I missed any, just check our Facebook page, our bulletin, all that good stuff.

So I'm excited today. Last week, Pastor Fred started, I don't know if it's gonna be a series, but he had a message that was called Into the Deep. And it was out of Luke 5'4". So I'm gonna take about 10 minutes and catch you up because I'm jumping right off of that.

So if you got your Bibles, go ahead and turn to Luke. If not, it's gonna be on the screen. It already is. Luke 5'4", says, launch out into the deep and let your nets down for a catch.

See, it was an awesome, powerful word into the deep. And Jesus was telling Peter, launch out into the deep and let your nets down for a catch. He showed us last week that it's not random, it's where Jesus takes us. The deep is not just a random place, amen?

It's where he takes us for purpose and encounter. And here is the points I just wanna run through real quick. It was a place of riches, says, Peter's nets overflow. The abundance of the fish wasn't the reward for Peter's perfect obedience or holiness, but the result of God's goodness.

A place of revelation, Peter fell to his knees realizing who Jesus was and who he was not. The deep is where we see him clearly and see our need for him. A place of resonance, Jesus called them to leave their nets and follow him. Here's a quote from last week, it says, you were made in the image of God and therefore created to resonate at his frequency.

So real quick, a place of resonance. He was 14, 15, he used and it resonates with us. For we do not have high praise who is unable to sympathize with our weakness. See, Jesus resonates with us because he feels what we feel.

Resonance begins with his compassion. Before we could ever resonate with him, he resonated with us. She y'all better get a little bit more excited than that. In Luke 24, 32, we resonate with him.

Did not our heart burn within us while he talked with us on the road. As he spoke, their hearts burned. That's resonance. The deep in him was stirring the deep in them.

Whew, we. Acts two, two and six, heaven resonates through us. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven and when this sound occurred, the multitude came together. See, I believe Pentecost wasn't just a noise, it was a resonance.

Heaven's sound through the spirit was so strong it pulled people together each hearing in their own language. See, I think when heaven resonates through you, the world will hear it in the language they understand. So Hebrews four, 15, Jesus resonates with us. Luke 24, 32, we resonate with him.

Acts two, two, heaven resonates through us. So it starts with Jesus. His voice ignites it and it resounds through us. You were made in the image of God and therefore created to resonate at his frequency.

All right, that was Peter's first deep encounter church. It was a lesson in catching. Did y'all catch that last week? It was a lesson in catching.

Jesus said from now on, you will catch man. I want you to remember that. So obedience led to overflow, revelation, and resonance within his calling. But I want to tell you the story didn't end there.

The deep calls again. Someone say the deep calls again. All right, y'all with me, strap up today. We're going somewhere.

I need y'all to stay with me and say there's more. Shoo, wee. We're going to be in Matthew 14 today. You want to go ahead and turn here?

That's fine. I'm going to get there in a second, but Peter's back in the deep. This time, not for fish, but for faith. Peter who learned obedience in the deep with his nets is now being invited to trust in the deep with his life.

You'll notice something too. Both encounters happen in the same place, the lake of Ganesoret, Sea of Galilee. So first, stay with me. As a fisherman here in his were, later, as a disciple, responding to his presence.

I got a little holding pattern plug here. If y'all remember the series I just came out of. Some of you are back in a familiar place, but you're not there to repeat the past. You're there because God brought you back for more.

I'm going to say it to somebody else. You are not being brought back to the same place for no reason. There's more. Someone needs to hear it this morning.

There's more. It's familiar. You're like, why am I here again? We need to get past that and start looking at the God we serve to know that he didn't bring us back for the same reason.

He said, there's more I have for your life. There's a progression that when you follow me, there's always more. All right, come on, let's go. We're going somewhere today, Church.

The deep will always call you back, not to repeat the last encounter, but to take you further than before. Luke 5, Peter pulled fish out of the deep. And we're about to see something special in Matthew 14. First time in the deep, it was partnering with his word.

Jesus preached from Peter's boat on the lake of Ganesra. Tells him, launch out into the deep. Let down your nets. Peter says, we've toiled all night.

Anybody in here toiled all night. Nevertheless, at your word, I will let down the net. The result, the nets overflow. The boats nearly sink.

Jesus says, do not be afraid, but from now on, you will catch men. Well, you caught something this time, but you're going to catch something greater. The first deep was about trusting what Jesus said, his instructions. And I think Peter learned to partner with his word and that obedience unlocks abundance.

Come on, I know you guys like to hear that. But now we're going to jump to the second time in the deep. And here's the title of my message. Come into the deep.

Matthew 14, we're going to start there. And I'm going to start in verse 22. I'm going to read the message translation. I believe it's the holiest translation.

I'm joking. Starting in verse 22, it says, as soon as the meal was finished, he insisted that the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead to the other side, while he dismissed the people. With the crowd dispersed. He climbed the mountain so he could be by himself and pray.

He stayed there alone, late into the night. Starting 24. Meanwhile, the boat was far out to sea, say it's in the deep. Wake up, church, say it's in the deep.

When came up against them and they were battered by the waves. At about four o'clock in the morning, nothing happens good at that time. Jesus came toward them walking on the water. They were scared to death.

A ghost they said crying out in terror. But Jesus was quick to comfort them. Sorry. Courage.

It's me. Don't be afraid. Peter suddenly bold. I don't know if y'all caught that.

But Jesus spoke the word, courage. And Peter suddenly became bold. How about when the creator speaks? Things come into existence.

Come on, we see that in the beginning, right? But we see here that when Jesus speaks, they're afraid. Jesus speaks and says courage. And Peter suddenly became bold.

I feel like today I got speaking to somebody and you're going to suddenly become bold. You're going to suddenly begin to understand the words and who's speaking to you. And it's going to move you into another place. Shoo, we master.

If it's really you, call me to come to you on the water. And he said, come. Man, I tell you that word today. That he said, master, if it's you, tell me to come.

And we said this morning, we serve a good God. And he stands there and says, come. The Lord's telling somebody to come today. Jumping out of the boat, Peter walked on the water to Jesus.

But when he looked down at the waves, turning beneath his feet, he lost his nerve and started to sink. He cried out, master, save me. Jesus didn't hesitate. He reached down and grabbed his hand.

Then he said, faint heart, what got into you? The two of them climbed into the boat and the wind died down. The disciples in the boat, having watched the whole thing, worship Jesus, sing. This is it.

Say this is it. You are God's son for sure. On return, they beached at the boat at Ganesaret. And when the people got wind that he was back, they sent out word through the neighborhood and rounded up all the sick, who asked for permission to touch the edge of his coat.

And whoever touched him was healed. Father, we thank you for your word today. We thank you that you invite us into the deep Father. We thank you that everyone that touches you gets healed, Father, because you're a good Father.

So we ask that you would just open our hearts, our eyes, our ears tonight, Father, and let this word penetrate us so we are a transform God. And we just trust you. We love you. And the church said, amen.

So we're going to start movement two. Movement one was what we read about earlier in the first time in the deep. Now we're in the second movement. And it's walking towards his presence.

See, the invitation of the deep Peter says, Lord, if it's you command me to come on the water, Jesus answered with a single word, come. See, that wasn't permission. That was an invitation. I don't know if you heard what I just said, but that wasn't permission.

That was an invitation. And I believe that every believer has a standing invitation into the deep. And Jesus is still saying today, come. I'm going to tell this side because this side, I don't think they get it.

Listen, every believer has an opportunity that the Savior, Jesus is standing today, still inviting you, saying, come. If that doesn't excite you, I don't know what's going to. The shore is safe, but the deep is where you see Jesus clear. Jesus come wasn't only for Peter.

It's for us, and we got to remember that. He's inviting you into deep encounters where you step beyond the safe, beyond the predictable and into the supernatural. And even when Peter began to sink, Jesus lifted him back up. That image, Peter walking back with Jesus, became the revelation the whole boat needed.

The deep isn't just where Jesus finds you. It's where he invites you to find him. Luke 5, Peter obeys Jesus' word at your word. I'll let down the net.

Matthew 14, Peter pursues Jesus' presence. If it's you, call me. The first deep was about trusting instruction. The second deep was about trusting identity.

The progression of faith. Are you guys seeing it? Are you seeing what's happening from the first time to the second time? So he got off and begins teaching us to trust his word.

Amen? We learn obedience that way. But he doesn't stop there. He calls us deeper to trust his presence.

And that's where we learn intimacy. I think some people are going to go from trusting his word today, casting nets to trusting his presence, learning intimacy with the Father. That was always the goal. The goal was always relationship.

I don't know if you were ever told different, but it was always relationship. Like I said at the beginning, he first loved us. The whole reason that Jesus came was to make it so that we were no longer separated from the Father, that we could have intimate personal relationship with the Father because he loves us. Obedience says, I will do it because you said it.

Intimacy says, I will step out because it's you. You first partner with his word, then he pursues his presence. So your obedience fills your nets, but presence will fill your heart. At his word, you'll catch fish.

At his presence, you'll catch him. The first deep church was about provision. The second deep was about revelation. See faith graduates from instruction to intimacy.

We're trying to go somewhere, from faith to faith. Come on, stay with me this morning. God's gonna do something this morning in your life if you catch this, that he wants to take you from one place to the next. Come on, we're equipping the one that knows Jesus, to reach the one that needs Jesus.

You're gonna see that come full circle at the end here and it's gonna take us going from one place to the next place, trusting him. Going from trusting his word to trusting his presence. Shoo, whee. Here's what I believe today.

Some have launched, but never stepped out. I hope you hear my heart. That Luke five here launched into the deep and casted his nets. And I think some people are still stuck in Luke five, the deep of Luke five.

We're back in the deep church, did you hear what I said? That was the first deep, we're back there in the second time. He didn't bring him back this time just to cast nets. And I think if we just keep going back to the deep and we don't learn, we don't grow, we don't let God lead us, then we're just gonna keep casting the nets in the deep when he's saying, no, there's more.

You're back here for more. Don't get stuck in the first thing that I worked in and I did in your life, don't just get stuck there. He said, there's more. You're still learning to obey his instruction and that's beautiful, I'm not here to discourage anyone.

If that's where you're at, that's beautiful. Cause I think that's where faith starts. And I think this is kind of a step from what Pastor Fred said that some people are too focused on washing their nets. They never catch anything.

But in Matthew 14, Peter goes further. He steps out onto the deep. Y'all didn't catch it. He's sitting in the boat the first time, fishing y'all.

This time Jesus says, come. He gets out of the boat and steps onto the deep. There's a progression here that he's calling you two more. You're gonna keep catching, but you sometimes, you gotta get out of the boat.

Maybe you're sitting in the boat today, that's okay. I wanna help you step out of it. He's saying, hey, this time you need to step out. There's more.

We have more. I got more for your life, but it's gonna require you to get out of where you were to step into it. Come on church, it's gonna require where you're at now and get up and step out of that to step into the more that he has for you. Y'all are gonna have to help me.

See, Jesus is inviting you into the Matthew 14 deep. Where it's no longer just about following commands, but walking towards him and walking towards him, even in the storm. Many believers have launched into the deep. They've casted into it, obeyed as word, seen blessing.

Anybody ever seen God's hand work in your life? You've seen blessings. We've never stepped out onto it. Where it's not about to catch anymore, but it's about walking towards him himself.

It's one thing, church, to fish at his word. It's another thing to walk on waves at his presence. Y'all didn't catch that. It's one thing to respond to his word.

It's another thing to step out and trust it and walk where he's called you to walk. And if he's called you there, he's invited you there. It's possible. It's possible that you don't have to keep sitting in the boat.

You can step out of it. See, the deep grows with you. What tested your nets yesterday will test your faith today. Casting into the deep fills your nets.

Stepping onto the deep fills your faith. I was studying this and something just rocked my world. And it was at the time what I called the living parable. Because he says, I will make you fisher of men.

In Luke 5, 10, the amplified version. Have no fear. From now on, you will be catching men. That's in the first deep.

Matthew 1431, immediately Jesus reached out his hand and caught him. See church in the first deep with Peter. Where like I said at the beginning, he's just a fisherman. He's revealing himself to him.

And Peter pulls fish out of the deep. But in Matthew 14, Jesus pulls Peter out of the deep. This is Jesus showing Peter what it means to catch men. Wow, I feel that in my spirit.

Just like I caught you, you will catch others. This is the second deep church that the first he's casting his nets and he's catching fish. And then he tells him, you're going to catch men. In the second deep, two years apart roughly, he's back in the deep.

And he's out there. And then he says, because this is falling towards his presence, he's progressing and showing him these things. And he says, come to me. And he falls in what does Jesus do?

Catch his man. Pulls man up and shows him in real life. Hey, this is what I'm talking about. There's more for your life.

This is what I was telling you back in the first deep. That there's more that you can catch men. This is what this looks like. Shoo, we.

I will preach to myself this morning. If no one else is getting this. Just like I caught you, you will catch others. To catch others church, I believe Peter had to be caught first.

My goodness. The deep is filled with a lot of different things. Faith, failure, and rescue. Peter steps out and walks.

That's faith in action. He sinks. That's fear in action. Jesus rescues him.

That's grace in action. The real miracle though is Peter walking back with Jesus hand in hand. And I want to encourage somebody today that you're stumbling in the deep can spark revelation on the shore. Peter stepped out of the boat and he sink.

And we like to put the focus all the time on that. Well, he was so distracted and distractions and we do all that. But I know everybody lives with distractions. And how about Peter had the courage to step out?

How about with everything going on? I want you to catch this church. With everything that's going on. They're scared, it's a ghost.

Don't forget the winds and the waves are happening and they're in this little boat. And for some reason, somehow Peter has the ability to snatch on to Jesus and say, if it's you, call me. That's not what I'm going to do in that situation church. I'm going to be in, where's our life vest?

Where's it called? A coast guard? You know what I mean? I'm not going to be able to be like, well, tell me to walk out on that.

Because mind you, it didn't stop until they got into the boat. So in the midst of the storm, he sees Jesus. And he's like, if that's you, call me. And he says, come.

My goodness gracious, come on church, do you see? Are you seeing all of these things that in these stories we read over and over and over again? Are you seeing the difference in the deeds? Are you seeing that when you call on the Savior in the deep?

And he can tell you, it doesn't matter what's going on. You can walk on top of it. Because of who I am, come. This side.

Hey, whatever you're going through. I don't know what it is, how bad it is. But if you can walk on to him, he'll invite you on top of it. He'll say, come.

You have the ability to walk on top of this because of who I am and who I've called you to be. Shoo. Y'all better get excited. Say there's more.

Man, there's more. See, there's Revelation in the boat. Matthew 14, 32 and 33 says, and when they climbed into the boat, the wind died down. Then those who were in the boat worshiped him saying, truly, you are the Son of God.

Church, when they climbed back in the wind died down. Remember, all this is happening. Peter's responding to all of this. Why it's so crazy out there.

The disciples worshiped declaring truly, you are the Son of God. Do you know something? That this is the first corporate confession of Jesus' divinity in the Gospels. I don't think that that's just random.

In the midst of all of that, the second time out in the deep, Peter walks towards Jesus' presence. And it's no more just responding to his commands. And like I said, there's nothing wrong with that. But we got to move further.

We got to move further into this thing. And like we're seeing here, Peter has the courage. And remember, Jesus spoke. Suddenly, he got courage.

And steps out. And he steps out. And I'm just trying to, I'm looking at the disciples as they're just sitting here watching all this. There's Peter again.

They want something crazy. And he steps out. And he sinks. And Jesus catches him, pulls him up.

They go back to the boat. And the disciples that are with him, remember, disciples that are with him the first time that they're just fishermen. They're just fishing. And they respond to his instructions this time, two years deep, they're disciples.

And he's showing them more. And this is the first time them seeing that the revelation of him walking back hand in hand with him, they get into the boat. They see him clearly for the first time his presence. And it's the first confession of who Jesus is.

You know where it's at? They're still in the deep, y'all. They're still in the deep. Man, things happen in the deep.

I think God's calling some people to step out right now, but they're like, it's too deep. I'm in the deep right now. And I don't think I know what you call me to do, God. But I just can't trust it right now.

I can't step out. And I don't think you're going to learn to grow unless you step out. Because guess what? We all are like, I know God's got me, but guess what?

You stay sitting in the boat. You're never going to see that he got you. You're never going to let him catch you. You're never going to let him pull you up to let you know that he really has me.

Because I believe they're like, is that you Lord? They couldn't seem clearly. But guess what? Once he caught Peter and they walked back, all of them could see and they're like, you truly are the Son of God.

And I think today he's trying to catch people. He said, I know you've trusted my instruction, and that's great. There's more. There's more.

I want you to see me for who I truly am. You caught fish, and that's great. But I want you to catch me. Because if you catch me, I'm telling you, I'm going to catch you.

And when we catch each other, something special is going to happen. Shoe, we. What Peter brought back from the deep shifted the whole community's revelation. I'm telling you, there's some people sitting in this room that you're praying for family members, you're praying for situations, you're praying for things.

And I'm telling you, what you bring back from the deep, the encounter with Christ is going to open their eyes. They're going to see truly who he is, because what you are willing to step out into and take a risk and say, I know there's more. You invited me into more. How excited is it we serve a God that says, come into more.

I'm inviting you in. See, the deep is a classroom, but the short community is your altar. Faith carried back strengthens the community. He didn't return to the boat empty.

He came back carrying a story, an encounter, and a testimony. I just feel it in my spirit that some people think your testimony is not important, or it doesn't measure up to other people's, but I'm going to tell you that when you release it in the presence of the one, you walk back with it with him. There's something powerful it can do that you'll never be able to do. You may think it's not that big of a deal, but I'm telling you, your story is his story.

It's going to reach somebody. If you will trust him with it, it's going to impact people's hearts. It's going to open people's eyes. Well, it's not that significant.

Well, guess what? It is significant. And you have a story to tell. Partner with the Savior and watch what he does with it.

He went deeper than anyone else was willing to go. Yeah, he sank, but guess what? He's the only one that stepped out. And the fruit of that encounter wasn't private.

It produced corporate worship. Man, I love that the first corporate recognition of Jesus' divinity, it didn't come on the shore, but from a lesson learned in the deep. Come on church, say there's more. He's calling me deeper.

After the deep, he always brought back from the deep what he called. What do you think they did with those fish? They brought him back to the shore, right? So the catch blessed, not only Peter, but his partners.

Matthew 14, Peter steps out. Faith didn't just change him. The whole boat confessed. In what we're about to go into next, you're going to see that when they reach Ganesurith, because they were going somewhere, the revelation overflowed into healing an entire region.

Man, y'all didn't hear what I just said. See, the shore represents community, faith, church, a place where what you've learned becomes an offering that blesses others. Can I just tell you that the reason you're going deeper is because there's a purpose for your life. He wants to take you somewhere so you can grab it and go back and give it to somebody else.

It's not meant for you just to keep and sit on. He's inviting you in because you're willing to step out and say, and I want you, Father, I want to know what you have for me and he says, that's great. I want you and I want you to love and bless others. So why I'm giving you what I'm giving you is for you to take back to the shore.

So you're not meant to stay in the deep, but you got to go there. It's a shared revelation where private encounters become public testimonies. I think you're deep, what God teaches you there, he wants to use to transform the shore of where you're supposed to go to. See, I think everybody has a shore.

Everybody has a community that they're called to. And God's saying, I want to give you something that you can take back to that, that it's going to change it. That you're going to release my presence into it and you're going to see miracles happen. You're going to see things shifted.

So we move into the last movement from the deep to the shore. Matthew 14, 34 and 36, it says, after they have crossed the lake, they landed at Ganesurin. When the people recognize Jesus, the news of his arrival spread quickly throughout the whole area. And soon people were bringing all their sick to be healed.

They begged him to let the sick touch at least the fringe of his road and all who touched him were healed. See, after the storm, the deep encounter, Jesus and the disciples land in a place that's known now as fruitfulness and healing. Tech says that, as soon as they arrive, people recognize Jesus and miracles broke out. As many touched him were healed, made perfectly well.

See, the deep led them to a land that literally means fruitfulness and abundance. Some of you are afraid to go to the deep, but I think if you knew what it was going to lead you to and where you were going to land, you'll be jumping out of that boat. It looked scary in the midst, but where he's bringing you into is a land that's known, a fruitfulness. See, we serve a God.

I don't know if you guys, if you haven't been with us, but we did increase, we did all these things because we know we serve a God of increase. And it's always good with him because he's always good. So whatever he's bringing you into, you can trust that there's fruitfulness there. There's abundance there.

That he don't make you land somewhere where that's not, like he's not there or what he has to offer or who he is. He's not leading you in to less than. He's leading you into more. Abundance, this is what abundance is more.

I think the deep will always carry you into a place of greater fruitfulness when you're following him. See, he doesn't rescue you in the deep. He doesn't just rescue you in the deep. He also brings you to Ganesurid, a place of healing, harvest, and overflow.

Isn't it interesting? Like, Lord, save me. And are you seeing that he rescued him? All that great stuff we talked about.

But then he said, what? There's more. You thought I was just rescuing you and showing you this out here for no reason. No, let's get in the boat.

Let these storms die down because guess where we're going? Somewhere that you need to be a. Yarn, not convinced. You're not excited.

He's not just a one-trick pony. You think, and that's what you need in that moment, but he needs to do that for you because there's more for you. There's a progression here. He said, hey, there's more, and we need to get to where we're going.

You need to take what you learned here. You just came out of a miracle. They're in a boat in the sea and the deep. And then another encounter, he's like, because there's more.

You need to grow in these things because there's more. I have more for your life. And the shore needs you. We got to get there.

It was a private encounter. But it came. But what came with it was a public overflow. Private revelation led to worship.

On the shore, public demonstration led to healing. People recognized Jesus, spread the word, bring the sick and all are healed. What began as Peter's step of faith and the deep turned into a regional outpouring on the shore? My goodness gracious.

If what's revealed to you in those times gets released on the shore? My goodness gracious. Church, you hear what I'm saying? Do you see what we're saying?

You got to get past just kest and your net to catch fish. He said, that's great. You caught fish, but I want you to catch men. And I'm going to show you.

I'm going to teach you. I'm going to get you there because what you catch is important. And I need to show you that what's released. Some people are catching things and keeping them.

And he's like it wasn't meant for you to keep. It was meant for you to release. One person got it. I'll preach to you the rest of this message.

Listen, what you caught was important. And you need to release it. You were meant for more. Say, there's more church.

There's more. My goodness. It has to, like what he reveals to you has to be released. If you will release it, we see here that a private encounter set a whole region because he released it.

They got back in the boat. He got out of it. And he got back in it. It was a transportation.

It was getting him to where he needed to go. But guess what? You got to get off the plane. There's more.

You got to get out of the boat. There's more. We got to keep going. There's more for our lives.

He has more for us church. Luke 5, Lake of Ganesirith. Peter catches fish. Partners with blessing.

14, landing at Ganesirith. Peter is caught. Revelation and healing overflow to a whole region. Same waters.

You want to hear what I said? Happened in the same waters. We serve a guy that can do something special in the same waters. You keep coming back to the same waters.

Why am I here? Same waters. Something different happens. We serve a guy that can do miracles.

He's a wonder-working God. Same waters. Different season. Greater harvest.

He caught fish. They caught a whole bunch of people. I hope that the Lord is showing you right now who he is. I do it with everything inside of me.

This message I was so excited about. So I'm like, thank you, God, for showing us the progression of who you are that you will help us. Like you'll show us that we can catch fish, but that's not all we were meant to catch. That there's more.

That there's more. The deep started with full nets, but ended with full hearts. I got so much more. Oh my gosh.

The disciples strained all night in the storm. I can only imagine. The gnezzerate was effortless growth. Supernatural fruitfulness.

It was almost as if God was showing them what you struggle with in your own strength. I can provide abundance when you walk with me. Storms are in a tester-faced church. They also position you for fruitfulness.

From private revelation to on the shore of public demonstration. Gnezzerate stands as a picture of revival. Recognition. People know Jesus immediately.

Proclamation. They spread the word. Demonstration. All who touch were healed.

I feel like there's a lot of people that want revival. And we talk about revival so much. I believe in revival just so you know that. But here we've seen that it came from deep encounter with the Savior.

That a private encounter in the deep, where he's always wanting to show more and who he is and reveal who he is. It came from that encounter but being taken back to the shore. I think church, he wants to take us deep. And he wants to take us back to places to release what we've encountered.

And like we saw here, I'm not saying it's the only way, but this showed revival breaking out by what happened here. And it all starts with a deeper relationship, a deeper connection with him that following his word is great, but then following his presence, walking towards his presence, that there's more. That it has to come to a place where a heart's a position to want him, to want him to be revealed, to want to walk towards his presence, a personal relationship that has to lead there. It can start with responding to his instructions.

And that's great, but it should lead you deeper into more. So I'm gonna get ready to close here in a minute, but first deep obedience, like we said, second deep intimacy with his presence. And then to last the shore, revelation for the region. Jesus is still saying, come, you've launched into the deep and cast into it, but never stepped out onto it.

I wanna tell you today, Jesus is inviting you there. I don't know if you saw that today or you felt that today, but I wanna tell somebody the deep's not where you drowned. It's where you discover him. And what you carry from the deep will bring fruitfulness, healing, and revelation to your community.

Come, he says, into the deep, I invite you into the deep. Carry it to the shore and watch the good and desorate around your life come alive. Because what you release from the deep will start a revival anywhere. We're gonna close if you wanna come up.

We all stand with me as we get ready to close. You know, I was so excited today, I'm gonna get you out here before lunch. Maybe you're in here today. And you said, I've trusted you.

I trusted you, Jesus, with my words and with your words. But will you now trust his presence? He's calling you deeper, church. Where you started was great.

But he says, there's more. You've obeyed for the catch. Will you now step out to encounter? I don't know what it is, but I feel that there's some people who are like, I just, I don't know about that part.

Yes, I know him, yes, I love him, yes, all of those things. But stepping out into encounter intimacy is a whole nother level. But he's inviting you into it. His presence, church, I'm telling you, he wants you to come into his presence because that's what transforms you.

And maybe that's you today. Maybe you need to step out into encounter. Maybe you need to step out of the boat. Launching, launching into the deep.

It's not just for blessing, but step out for revelation. See, it began and it ended in this story with Ganeserit. Catching fish, the first story. Catching faith and revelation in the second story.

What started with the harvest of fish and with the harvest of people? I think God's calling some people deeper today. What God the posits in you in the deep must be carried back to shore. Because the deep's where it's caught, but the shore's where it's shared.
