Kimball had it printed so that all members of the church could study it. Almost 50 years later, we can see the fulfillment of some of the prophecies given at the time by Elder McConkie. This talk is  instructive to us as Gatherers in the last days as we have our eyes are fixed on that day when Enoch's Zion will be reunited to our Zion in the not to distant future.
