Comfort Bay Staff Receive De-escalation Training to Enhance Elderly Care

Staff at the Comfort Bay Senior Citizens Home are undergoing a six-week de-escalation training programme designed to strengthen their ability to safely manage challenging situations. The hands-on training focuses on communication, patience, self-defence and appropriate responses, with the goal of creating a safer and more supportive environment for residents and staff.
