Murat (Mo) joins me to talk about his Property journey. From buying his first house in his 3rd year at Uni, with his first business-case he used to pitch family for investment. He then purchased a few HMOs and moved into bigger developments that often take 18 months to complete, which means... you need cashflow! Be realistic, yes anyone can get into these projects, but can you live whilst they happen and may be delayed?He stresses the importance of having a deal pipeline, a mistake that he made. He also talks about using Black Box Thinking in his businesses to assess mistakes, improve on them and protect from it recurring.
