Common Man Airwaves: Trial by Jury: Where We Are Now and What Comes Next

In this episode, I sat down with Sukh for an extended recap of our six-part series on trial by jury, natural law and what we see as the difference between the lawful and the legal. We revisited the key themes from the earlier episodes, including conscience, intent and consent, jury annulment, Magna Carta 1215, Article 61, and the idea that real democracy is exercised through juries rather than party politics. We also explored how these ideas are being applied by people trying to challenge government overreach, local planning disputes, surveillance technologies and other pressures on everyday life.We then brought the conversation into the present day by focusing on action: building local groups, sharing knowledge, supporting one another through community networks, and helping listeners find practical starting points if they want to get involved. We discussed campaigns, educational platforms, trusted contacts, and examples of communities already organising around local issues.
