Communicating in an Age of Divisiveness

Whether online, at work, or even at the Shabbat table or any social setting with friends or family, it is almost impossible today to avoid divisive conversations. Society today has been conditioned to be triggered by almost anything, even just saying that a 'boy can't be a girl' or vis versa. In addition to that, every social issue has been politicized as well by politicians and the media, making it even harder to avoid divisive conversations. I asked Rabbi Shlomo Katz how we are supposed to navigate this new reality trying to remain true to our values, while trying to avoid causing divisiveness.
