This Fireside Chat will take the form of an interview with moderator Jo Moffat, and should cover the points raised in the questions below, along with any other questions that Jo or the audience may have.The focus of the conversation will be the role of Internal Communications within a high-performance team - the eight-time Formula One World Champions, Mercedes-AMG Petronas Formula One Team.  It will consider how Internal Communications can support leaders to build a cohesive team culture based on safety and trust, and ensure clear line of sight between the organisation’s goals and the role of each individual team member.
