Como a tecnologia está combatendo o golpe da falsa central de atendimento

O Brasil enfrenta uma verdadeira epidemia de fraudes por meio de ligações telefônicas e aplicativos de mensagens. Segundo um estudo realizado pelo DataFolha e o Fórum Brasileiro de Segurança Pública, o país registra, em média, 4.678 tentativas de golpe por hora. Grande parte desses ataques são os chamados "golpes da falsa central de atendimento", onde os criminosos se passam por representantes de empresas para induzir as vítimas a realizarem compras ou transferências bancárias fraudulentas. Na tentativa de resolver esse problema, uma empresa desenvolveu soluções que identificam e alertam para fraudes em tempo real, garantindo maior proteção digital para usuários.
