We’re taking a short break from new episodes of the Leadership Vision Podcast where we share our expertise in the discovery, practice, and implementation of CliftonStrengths. But rather than go silent for the next few weeks, we thought we would re-broadcast some of our favorite episodes from the past year. Logan Joyce and I sat down to talk about the episodes that have made the biggest impression on us in the past year. There’s nothing technical about this, just four episodes that we really, really liked! You may have missed these episodes, but even if you didn’t, we think you'll enjoy re-listening to them as you move into the new year.

In this episode of the podcast, you'll get to hear from three of our team members as I interviewed them about the similarities and differences between their shared Theme of Competition. But as you'll hear, we don't go deep into the behaviors of the Theme. In my conversation today with Steph, Brian, and Logan, we’ll be diving deep into the way their other Themes of Strength show up and impact their Theme of Competition. It’s a fascinating conversation and shows just how unique each individual is, even when there are shared Strengths present.

We’ll be back on January 7, 2019, with all new episodes to help you further develop your Strengths, the Strengths of your team, and the Strengths of your organization.

Riold Furtuna After several positions and experiences I have become fascinated with the question: how can leaders start out on the right foot? In order to getting closer to answering this question, I set up the podcast series “inspire me!”. On each episode I interview leaders that have had and continue to have a great impact on society and have, directly or indirectly, inspired me and influenced my personal and professional choices. While we discuss the main topic of leadership, on each episode we’ll focus on subtopics, such as self-awareness, emotional intelligence, compassion, integrity, and persistence, to mention a few. My vision is to tap into the experience of these leaders and ultimately provide young and emerging leaders a compass for maximizing the impact we have in the world while being uncompromisingly ethical.
