Comparisonitis As A New Business Owner
from Val Full Volume Hosted by Val Selby
Do you find yourself experiencing Comparisonitis in your business? Do you constantly feel like a beginner because you haven't gained enough business assets or clients? Do you occasionally feel overwhelmed by the constant barrage of advertisements for new platforms, funnels, and masterminds? If you relate to any of these feelings, then this episode is precisely what you need to begin recognizing and valuing the progress you have made. Val emphasizes that being new to business is a mindset rather than a specific time frame and encourages all “newbies” to start taking action regardless of their experience level. Moreover, she provides useful advice for beginners, including creating a simple website with legal pages and contact information, as well as selecting a mailing list provider. Drawing from her personal encounters, she reminds us that no business starts out perfect and everyone goes through periods of overwhelm and self-doubt.
