Nate Regier, Ph.D., is the CEO and founding owner of Next Element Consulting, a global leadership firm dedicated to bringing compassion into the workplace. Nate is a former practicing psychologist and expert in social-emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication, and leadership.

Nate views leadership as the practice of managing diversity towards shared goals. Two of the most essential competences to achieve this are communication and conflict management skills. Not everyone can clearly see a path so leaders need to translate the plan so everyone can understand – leaders need to have vision and strategy butalso need the human capital to go forwards.

We’re caring our way through difficult months to harness our resilience. On our way, we’re paying attention to what helps us feel better. We’ll encourage you to focus on strategies that work in order to turn that wisdom into a book you may write, a podcast you may host or a workshop you may deliver. You’ll also be able to submit a proposal to present at our upcoming virtual conference, The Caring Conference, which will take place April 9 and 10, 2021.
