As wonderful, important and natural it is to care deeply about loved ones and to be there for them, this episode is a reminder to not allow ourselves to become so distracted that we ignore, procrastinate or lose sight of our life experience and purpose. It’s easy for this to happen, especially as life moves quickly and, certainly in times of crisis, extending ourselves more to those in need is important. However, in our day to day lives, it’s essential to our growth that we remain deeply connected with true ourselves (breaking through patterns and programming) so we are able to embody who we truly are and live life to the fullest. In this episode, I share a few quick tips that allow us to instantly reconnect and awaken us to our flow state; however, I encourage you to look within yourself and see what works for you. What immediately connects you right away with who you are? The more we practice doing this the more we stay awake, heal and continue to rise into a more authentic version of ourselves. And as we do, we unlock healing, truth and freedom far into the collective. You are your number one priority; as a society we are breaking free of the false belief that this is selfish. And as we move toward a beautiful new dimension, becoming more aware of our personal needs and setting boundaries (which may shift from day to day, it’s personal) is powerful and needed. Shine on, beautiful Soul.
